Immunohistochemistry: IHC-P analysis of tonsil tissue by PRKCB antibody (K40051_4D2). IHC-P was performed using sections of the formalin-fixed paraffin-embedded tonsil tissue.
Western Blot: 15 ug of K-562 lysate and 15 ug of rat brain tissue lysate were run on 6-18% SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions and blotted onto nitrocellulose membrane. K40051_4D2 at 1 ug/mL was used as the primary antibody and peroxidase conjugated goat anti-mouse IgG was used as the secondary antibody. PRKCB band was visualized using ECL Western Blotting Substrate. Lane 1: 15 ug of K-562 lysate Lane 2: 15 ug of rat brain tissue lysate Result: K40051_4D2 can detect PRKCB by Western blotting.
