Immunohistochemistry: IHC-P analysis of kidney tissue by ACE2 antibody (K92008_4B6). IHC-P was performed using sections of the formalin-fixed paraffin-embedded kidney tissue.
Western Blot: 15 ug of Calu-3 lysate was run on 6-18% SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions and blotted onto nitrocellulose membrane. K92008_4B6 at 1 ug/mL was used as the primary antibody and peroxidase conjugated goat anti-mouse IgG was used as the secondary antibody. ACE2 band was visualized using ECL Western Blotting Substrate. Result: K92008_4B6 can detect ACE2 by Western blotting.
