Western Blot: 25 ng of recombinant human FGF20 (Cat. PP-1801) was run on 6-18% SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions and blotted onto nitrocellulose membrane. K24028_13C3 at 1 ug/mL was used as the primary antibody and peroxidase conjugated goat anti-mouse IgG was used as the secondary antibody. FGF20 band was visualized using ECL Western Blotting Substrate. Result: K24028_13C3 can detect FGF20 by Western blotting.
