ELISA: Microtiter wells were coated with KT151 at 3 ug/mL as the capture antibody. CGB3 was used as the antigen. Peroxidase conjugated mouse anti-human CGB3 monoclonal antibody (KT152) was used as the detection antibody. Result: KT151 and KT152 can be used as a matched antibody pair to detect and quantify the concentration of CGB3.
Immunohistochemistry: IHC-P analysis of placenta tissue by CGB3 antibody (KT151). Immunohistochemistry was performed using sections of the formalin-fixed paraffin- embedded placenta tissue.
