Immunohistochemistry: IHC-P analysis of liver tissue by SUOX antibody (K92029_3C8). IHC-P was performed using sections of the formalin-fixed paraffin-embedded liver tissue.
Immunoprecipitation: Immunoprecipitation was performed by incubation of 2.5 ug of K92029_3C8 with Hep G2 lysate containing 200 ug of total protein. After absorption with Protein G beads, the mixture was run on 6-18% SDS-PAGE and blotted onto nitrocellulose membrane. SUOX (K92029_4B1) at 1 ug/mL was used as the primary antibody and peroxidase conjugated rabbit anti-mouse IgG (Light chain specific) was used as the secondary antibody. The isotype control antibody was KT82. Lane 1: Hep G2 lysate Lane 2: SUOX immunoprecipitated from Hep G2 lysate by K92029_3C8 Lane 3: The same as Lane 2 but KT82 was used as IgG isotype control antibody Result: K92029_3C8 can immunoprecipitate SUOX.
Western Blot: 15 ug of Hep G2 lysate was run on 6-18% SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions and blotted onto nitrocellulose membrane. K92029_3C8 at 1 ug/mL was used as the primary antibody and peroxidase conjugated rabbit anti-mouse IgG (Light chain specific) was used as the secondary antibody. SUOX band was visualized using ECL Western Blotting Substrate. Result: K92029_3C8 can detect SUOX by Western blotting.
