ELISA: Microtiter wells were coated with KAA123_13D9 at 3 ug/mL as the capture antibody. FGFBP1 (Cat. PP-11621) was used as the antigen. Peroxidase conjugated mouse anti-human FGFBP1 monoclonal antibody (K1E012_1E12) was used as the detection antibody. Result: KAA123_13D9 and K1E012_1E12 can be used as a matched antibody pair to detect and quantify the concentration of FGFBP1.
Immunohistochemistry: IHC-P analysis of tonsil tissue by FGFBP1 Antibody (KAA123_13D9). IHC-P was performed using sections of the formalin-fixed paraffin-embedded tonsil tissue.
