Mouse anti-Human PSME1 Monoclonal Antibody (Clone KAA124_8B6)

ELISA: Microtiter wells were coated with KAA124_8B6 at 3 ug/mL as the capture antibody. PSME1 (Cat. PP-11617) was used as the antigen. Peroxidase conjugated mouse anti-human PSME1 monoclonal antibody (K1E013_15E4) was used as the detection antibody. Result: KAA124_8B6 and KT135 can be used as a matched antibody pair to detect and quantify the concentration of PSME1.

Immunoprecipitation: Immunoprecipitation was performed by incubation of 2.5 ug of KAA124_8B6 with Raji lysate containing 200 ug of total protein. After absorption with Protein G beads, the mixture was run on 6-18% SDS-PAGE and blotted onto nitrocellulose membrane. PSME1 (KAA124_8B6) at 1 ug/mL was used as the primary antibody and peroxidase conjugated goat anti-mouse IgG (Fc specific) was used as the secondary antibody. The isotype control antibody was KT82. Lane 1: Raji lysate Lane 2: PSME1 immunoprecipitated from Raji lysate by KAA124_8B6 Lane 3: The same as Lane 2 but KT82 was used as IgG isotype control antibody Result: KAA124_8B6 can immunoprecipitate PSME1.

Western Blot: 15 ug of Raji lysate was run on 6-18% SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions and blotted onto nitrocellulose membrane. KAA124_8B6 at 1 ug/mL was used as the primary antibody and peroxidase conjugated goat anti-mouse IgG was used as the secondary antibody. PSME1 band was visualized using ECL Western Blotting Substrate. Result: KAA124_8B6 can detect PSME1 by Western blotting.
