ELISA: Microtiter wells were coated with KAA113_26G10 at 3 ug/mL as the capture antibody. EIF4B (Cat. PP-11619) was used as the antigen. Peroxidase conjugated mouse anti-human EIF4B monoclonal antibody (K2K002_14B10) was used as the detection antibody. Result: KAA113_26G10 and K2K002_14B10 can be used as a matched antibody pair to detect and quantify the concentration of EIF4B.
