ELISA: Microtiter wells were coated with KAA446_13H7 at 3 ug/mL as the capture antibody. IGFBP2 (Cat. PP-11624) was used as the antigen. Peroxidase conjugated mouse anti-human IGFBP2 monoclonal antibody (K06335_2G6) was used as the detection antibody. Result: KAA446_13H7 and K06335_2G6 can be used as a matched antibody pair to detect and quantify the concentration of IGFBP2.
