Immunohistochemistry: IHC-P analysis of colon tissue by DDIT3 antibody (K49008_20C12). IHC-P was performed using sections of the formalin-fixed paraffin-embedded colon tissue.
Western Blot: 15 ug of tunicamycin treated HeLa lysate and 15 ug of untreated HeLa lysate were run on 6-18% SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions and blotted onto nitrocellulose membrane. K49008_20C12 at 1 ug/mL was used as the primary antibody and peroxidase conjugated goat anti-mouse IgG was used as the secondary antibody. DDIT3 band was visualized using ECL Substrate. Lane 1: 15 ug of tunicamycin treated HeLa lysate Lane 2: 15 ug of untreated HeLa lysate Result: K49008_20C12 can detect DDIT3 by Western blotting.
