Western Blot: 25 ng of recombinant human TSLP (Cat. PP-1592) was run on 6-18% SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions and blotted onto nitrocellulose membrane. K49024_1G12 at 1 ug/mL was used as the primary antibody and peroxidase conjugated goat anti-mouse IgG was used as the secondary antibody. TSLP band was visualized using ECL Western Blotting Substrate. Result: K49024_1G12 can detect TSLP by Western blotting.
