Western Blot: 25 ng of recombinant IL25 was run on 6-18% SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions and blotted onto nitrocellulose membrane. K9N005_1H9 at 1 ug/mL was used as the primary antibody and peroxidase conjugated goat anti-mouse IgG was used as the secondary antibody. IL25 band was visualized using ECL Western Blotting Substrate. Result: K9N005_1H9 can detect IL25 by Western blotting.
