Western Blot: Various protein samples were run on 6-18% SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions and blotted onto nitrocellulose membrane. KAA134_2H3 at 0.5 ug/mL was used as the primary antibody and peroxidase conjugated goat anti-mouse IgG was used as the secondary antibody. GFP/EGFP tagged protein band was visualized using ECL Western Blotting Substrate. Lane 1: 10 ug of HEK-293 (untransfected) Lane 2: 10 ug of HEK-293 (transfected with a construct expressing GFP tagged CDA (Cat. P60351QHTN) at C-terminus) Lane 3: 10 ug of HEK-293 (transfected with a construct expressing EGFP tagged CSF2 (Cat. PQ-616) at C-terminus) Lane 4: 10 ug of HEK-293 (transfected with a construct expressing EGFP tagged GLIPR1L1 (Cat. PQ-611) at N-terminus) Result: KAA134_2H3 can detect GFP and EGFP tag by Western blotting.
