Immunohistochemistry: IHC-P analysis of colon carcinoma tissue by VIL1 antibody (K06283_16A4). IHC-P was performed using sections of the formalin-fixed paraffin-embedded colon carcinoma tissue.
Immunohistochemistry: IHC-P analysis of stomach tissue by VIL1 antibody (K06283_16A4). IHC-P was performed using sections of the formalin-fixed paraffin-embedded stomach tissue.
Immunoprecipitation: Immunoprecipitation was performed by incubation of 2.5 ug K06283_16A4 with Caco-2 lysate containing 200 ug total protein. After absorption with Protein G beads, the mixture was run on 6-18% SDS-PAGE and blotted onto nitrocellulose membrane. VIL1 (K06283_9D3) at 1 ug/mL was used as the primary antibody and peroxidase conjugated goat anti-mouse IgG was used as the secondary antibody. The isotype control antibody was KT82. Lane 1: 15 ug of Caco-2 lysate Lane 2: VIL1 immunoprecipitated from Caco-2 lysate by K06283_16A4 Lane 3: The same as Lane 2 but KT82 was used as IgG isotype control antibody Result: K06283_16A4 can immunoprecipitate VIL1.
Western Blot: 15 ug of Caco-2 lysate was run on 6-18% SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions and blotted onto nitrocellulose membrane. K06283_16A4 at 1 ug/mL was used as the primary antibody and peroxidase conjugated goat anti-mouse IgG was used as the secondary antibody. VIL1 band was visualized using ECL Substrate. Result: K06283_16A4 can detect VIL1 by Western blotting.
