Immunohistochemistry: IHC-P analysis of colon cancer tissue by THOC6 antibody (KAA134_2H5). IHC-P was performed using sections of the formalin-fixed paraffin-embedded colon cancer tissue.
Western Blot: 15 ug of A549 lysate was run on 6-18% SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions and blotted onto nitrocellulose membrane. KAA134_2H5 at 1 ug/mL was used as the primary antibody and peroxidase conjugated goat anti-mouse IgG was used as the secondary antibody. THOC6 band was visualized using ECL Western Blotting Substrate. Result: KAA134_2H5 can detect THOC6 by Western blotting.
