Immunohistochemistry: IHC-P analysis of tonsil tissue by ATRX antibody (KAA290_5A10). IHC-P was performed using sections of the formalin-fixed paraffin-embedded tonsil tissue.
Western Blot: 15 ug of SH-SY5Y lysate was run on 6-18% SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions and blotted onto nitrocellulose membrane. KAA290_5A10 at 0.25 ug/mL was used as the primary antibody and peroxidase conjugated goat anti-mouse IgG was used as the secondary antibody. ATRX band was visualized using ECL Western Blotting Substrate. Result: KAA290_5A10 can detect ATRX by Western blotting.
