Immunohistochemistry: IHC-P analysis of testis tissue by TUBA4A antibody (KT204). IHC-P was performed using sections of the formalin-fixed paraffin-embedded testis tissue.
Western Blot: Various protein samples were run on 6-18% SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions and blotted onto nitrocellulose membrane. KT204 at 1 ug/mL was used as the primary antibody and peroxidase conjugated goat anti-mouse IgG was used as the secondary antibody. alpha-Tubulin band was visualized using ECL Western Blotting Substrate. Lane 1: 15 ug of A-431 lysate Lane 2: 15 ug of U-251MG lysate Lane 3: 15 ug of HeLa lysate Lane 4: 15 ug of Hep G2 lysate Result: KT204 can detect alpha-Tubulin by Western blotting.
