Immunohistochemistry: IHC-P analysis of adrenal gland tissue by NCAM1 antibody (KAA341_4D1). IHC-P was performed using sections of the formalin-fixed paraffin-embedded adrenal gland tissue.

Immunohistochemistry: IHC-P analysis of ovarian cancer by NCAM1 antibody (KAA341_4D1). IHC-P was performed using sections of the formalin-fixed paraffin-embedded ovarian cancer tissue.
Western Blot: 15 ug of Jurkat lysate was run on 6-18% SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions and blotted onto nitrocellulose membrane. KAA341_4D1 at 0.5 ug/mL was used as the primary antibody and peroxidase conjugated goat anti-mouse IgG was used as the secondary antibody. NCAM1 band was visualized using ECL Western Blotting Substrate. Result: KAA341_4D1 can detect NCAM1 by Western blotting.
