Western Blot: 25 ng of recombinant human LTB (Cat. P02280QASN) was run on 6-18% SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions and blotted onto nitrocellulose membrane. K1E047_3G1 at 1 ug/mL was used as the primary antibody and peroxidase conjugated goat anti-mouse IgG was used as the secondary antibody. LTB band was visualized using ECL Western Blotting Substrate. Result: K1E047_3G1 can detect LTB by Western blotting.
