Immunohistochemistry: IHC-P analysis of liver tissue by MGMT antibody (K1E048_14G4). IHC-P was performed using sections of the formalin-fixed paraffin-embedded liver tissue.
Western Blot: 15 ug of MOLT-4 lysate was run on 6-18% SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions and blotted onto nitrocellulose membrane. K1E048_14G4 at 1 ug/mL was used as the primary antibody and peroxidase conjugated goat anti-mouse IgG was used as the secondary antibody. MGMT band was visualized using ECL Western Blotting Substrate. Result: K1E048_14G4 can detect MGMT by Western blotting.
