Western Blot: 25 ng of recombinant human IL24 (Cat. PQ-107) was run on 6-18% SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions and blotted onto nitrocellulose membrane. K56002_14E10 at 1 ug/mL was used as the primary antibody and peroxidase conjugated goat anti-mouse IgG (Fc specific) was used as the secondary antibody. IL24 band was visualized using ECL Western Blotting Substrate. Result: K56002_14E10 can detect IL24 by Western blotting.
