Western Blot: 15 ug of HT-29 lysate was run on 6-18% SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions and blotted onto nitrocellulose membrane. K29048_4C6 at 0.5 ug/mL was used as the primary antibody and peroxidase conjugated goat anti-mouse IgG was used as the secondary antibody. TRIM31 band was visualized using ECL Western Blotting Substrate. Result: K29048_4C6 can detect TRIM31 by Western blotting.
