ELISA: Microtiter wells were coated with K16295_4B12 at 3.0 ug/mL as the capture antibody. HBEGF (Cat. PP-3105) was used as the antigen. Peroxidase conjugated mouse anti-human HBEGF monoclonal antibody (K16295_3C2) was used as the detection antibody. Result: K16295_4B12 and K16295_3C2 can be used as a matched antibody pair to detect and quantify the concentration of HBEGF .
