Immunoprecipitation: Immunoprecipitation was performed by incubation of 2.5 ug of K40066_9A4 with mouse brain tissue lysate containing 200 ug of total protein. After absorption with Protein G beads, the mixture was run on 6-18% SDS-PAGE and blotted onto nitrocellulose membrane. CPLX1 (K40066_9A4) at 1 ug/mL was used as the primary antibody and peroxidase conjugated goat anti-mouse IgG (Fc specific) was used as the secondary antibody. The isotype control antibody was KT82. Lane 1: Mouse brain tissue lysate Lane 2: CPLX1 immunoprecipitated from mouse brain tissue lysate by K40066_9A4 Lane 3: The same as Lane 2 but KT82 was used as IgG isotype control antibody Result: K40066_9A4 can immunoprecipitate CPLX1.
Western Blot: 15 ug of rat brain tissue lysate and 15 ug of mouse brain tissue lysate were run on 6-18% SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions and blotted onto nitrocellulose membrane. K40066_9A4 at 0.5 ug/mL was used as the primary antibody and peroxidase conjugated goat anti-mouse IgG (Fc specific) was used as the secondary antibody. CPLX1 band was visualized using ECL Western Blotting Substrate. Lane 1: 15 ug of rat brain tissue lysate Lane 2: 15 ug of mouse brain tissue lysate Result: K40066_9A4 can detect CPLX1 by Western blotting.
