Western Blot: 15 ug of A-431 lysate was run on 6-18% SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions and blotted onto nitrocellulose membrane. K29055_16C3 at 0.5 ug/mL was used as the primary antibody and peroxidase conjugated goat anti-mouse IgG was used as the secondary antibody. IGFBP3 band was visualized using ECL Western Blotting Substrate. Result: K29055_16C3 can detect IGFBP3 by Western blotting.
