Western Blot: 15 ug of HeLa lysate and 15 ug of NIH/3T3 lysate were run on 6-18% SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions and blotted onto nitrocellulose membrane. K92050_2E12 at 0.5 ug/mL was used as the primary antibody and peroxidase conjugated goat anti-mouse IgG was used as the secondary antibody. PSMA1 band was visualized using ECL Western Blotting Substrate. Lane 1: 15 ug of HeLa lysate Lane 2: 15 ug of NIH/3T3 lysate Result: K92050_2E12 can detect PSMA1 by Western blotting.
