Western Blot: 15 ug of HT-29 lysate was run on 6-18% SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions and blotted onto nitrocellulose membrane. K1E009_9C7 at 0.5 ug/mL was used as the primary antibody and peroxidase conjugated goat anti-mouse IgG was used as the secondary antibody. IFIT3 band was visualized using ECL Western Blotting Substrate. Result: K1E009_9C7 can detect IFIT3 by Western blotting.
