Western Blot: 25 ng of recombinant human CTLA4 was run on 6-18% SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions and blotted onto nitrocellulose membrane. K03005_12B11 at 1 ug/mL was used as the primary antibody and peroxidase conjugated goat anti-mouse IgG was used as the secondary antibody. CTLA4 band was visualized using ECL Substrate. Result: K03005_12B11 can detect human CTLA4 by Western blotting.
