ELISA: Microtiter wells were coated with K29054_13F8 at 3.0 ug/mL as the capture antibody. ANGPT2 (Cat. PQ-049) was used as the antigen. Peroxidase conjugated mouse anti-human ANGPT2 monoclonal antibody (K29054_3E2) was used as the detection antibody. Result: K29054_3E2 and K29054_13F8 can be used as a matched antibody pair to detect and quantify the concentration of ANGPT2 .
