Immunohistochemistry: Immunohistochemistry analysis of paraffin-embedded Human Tonsil tissue using HER2 antibody.
Western Blot: Various protein samples were run on 6-18% SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions and blotted onto nitrocellulose membrane. KC-3042 with a dilution ratio of 1:750 was used as the primary antibody and peroxidase conjugated goat anti-mouse IgG was used as the secondary antibody. ERBB2 band was visualized using ECL Western Blotting Substrate. Lane 1: 15 ug of HeLa lysate Lane 2: 15 ug of A-431 lysate Lane 3: 15 ug of MCF7 lysate Result: KC-3042 can detect ERBB2 by Western blotting.
