Western Blot: 15 ug of MCF7 lysate was run on 6-18% SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions and blotted onto nitrocellulose membrane. KC-3046 with a dilution ratio of 1:1000 was used as the primary antibody and peroxidase conjugated goat anti-mouse IgG was used as the secondary antibody. S100A10 band was visualized using ECL Western Blotting Substrate. Result: KC-3046 can detect S100A10 by Western blotting.
