Western Blot: Various protein samples were run on 6-18% SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions and blotted onto nitrocellulose membrane. KC-3070 with a dilution ratio of 1:750 was used as the primary antibody and peroxidase conjugated goat anti-mouse IgG was used as the secondary antibody. TUBB band was visualized using ECL Western Blotting Substrate. Lane 1: 15 ug of K-562 lysate Lane 2: 15 ug of NIH/3T3 lysate Lane 3: 15 ug of HeLa lysate Result: KC-3070 can detect TUBB by Western blotting.
