Immunohistochemistry: IHC-P analysis of breast cancer tissue by TGFB1 antibody. IHC-P was performed using sections of the formalin-fixed paraffin-embedded breast cancer tissue.
Western Blot: Various protein samples were run on 6-18% SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions and blotted onto nitrocellulose membrane. KC-3080 with a dilution ratio of 1:750 was used as the primary antibody and peroxidase conjugated goat anti-mouse IgG (Fc specific) was used as the secondary antibody. TGFB1 band was visualized using ECL Western Blotting Substrate. Lane 1: 15 ug of HeLa lysate Lane 2: 15 ug of rat liver tissue lysate Lane 3: 15 ug of mouse liver tissue lysate Result: KC-3080 can detect TGFB1 by Western blotting.
