Immunocytochemistry analysis of AMACR (2F3) in Jurkat using AMACR (Cterminus) antibody.
Western Blot: 15 ug of rat liver tissue lysate was run on 6-18% SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions and blotted onto nitrocellulose membrane. KC-3085 with a dilution ratio of 1:1250 was used as the primary antibody and peroxidase conjugated rabbit anti-mouse IgG (Light chain specific) was used as the secondary antibody. AMACR band was visualized using ECL Western Blotting Substrate. Result: KC-3085 can detect AMACR by Western blotting.
