Immunohistochemistry: IHC-P analysis of stomach tissue by OTX2 antibody. IHC-P was performed using sections of the formalin-fixed paraffin-embedded stomach tissue.
Western Blot: 15 ug of Hep G2 lysate and 15 ug of Jurkat lysate were run on 6-18% SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions and blotted onto nitrocellulose membrane. KC-3089 with a dilution ratio of 1:1000 was used as the primary antibody and peroxidase conjugated goat anti-mouse IgG was used as the secondary antibody. OTX2 band was visualized using ECL Western Blotting Substrate. Lane 1: 15 ug of HeLa lysate Lane 2: 15 ug of Jurkat lysate Result: KC-3089 can detect OTX2 by Western blotting.
