Western Blot: Various protein samples were run on 6-18% SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions and blotted onto nitrocellulose membrane. KC-3095 with a dilution ratio of 1:750 was used as the primary antibody and peroxidase conjugated goat anti-mouse IgG was used as the secondary antibody. DCTN1 band was visualized using ECL Western Blotting Substrate. Lane 1: 15 ug of HEK-293 lysate Lane 2: 15 ug of MCF7 lysate Lane 3: 15 ug of HeLa lysate Lane 4: 15 ug of K-562 lysate Result: KC-3095 can detect DCTN1 by Western blotting.
