ELISA: Microtiter wells were coated with K1E005_2F9 at 3 ug/mL as the capture antibody. SYT1 was used as the antigen. Peroxidase conjugated mouse anti-SYT1 monoclonal antibody (K40021_10D5) was used as the detection antibody. Result: K1E005_2F9 and K40021_10D5 can be used as a matched antibody pair to detect and quantify the concentration of SYT1.
Immunohistochemistry: IHC-P analysis of brain tissue by SYT1 antibody (K1E005_2F9). IHC-P was performed using sections of the formalin-fixed paraffin-embedded brain tissue.
Western Blot: 15 ug of rat brain tissue lysate and 15 ug of SH-SY5Y lysate were run on 6-18% SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions and blotted onto nitrocellulose membrane. K1E005_2F9 at 1 ug/mL was used as the primary antibody and peroxidase conjugated goat anti-mouse IgG was used as the secondary antibody. SYT1 band was visualized using ECL Substrate. Lane 1: 15 ug of rat brain tissue lysate Lane 2: 15 ug of SH-SY5Y lysate Result: K1E005_2F9 can detect SYT1 by Western blotting.
