Western Blot: 25 ng of recombinant human IL7 (Cat. P01770EA) was run on 6-18% SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions and blotted onto nitrocellulose membrane. KAA312_6C9 at 1 ug/mL was used as the primary antibody and peroxidase conjugated goat anti-mouse IgG was used as the secondary antibody. IL7 band was visualized using ECL Western Blotting Substrate. Result: KAA312_6C9 can detect IL7 by Western blotting.
