ELISA: Microtiter wells were coated with K52005_13E7 at 3.0 ug/mL as the capture antibody. IL32 (Cat. PP-1680) was used as the antigen. Peroxidase conjugated mouse anti-human IL32 monoclonal antibody (K52005_7C8) was used as the detection antibody. Result: K52005_13E7 and K52005_7C8 can be used as a matched antibody pair to detect and quantify the concentration of IL32 .
