Western Blot: 15 ug of Hep G2 lysate was run on 6-18% SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions and blotted onto nitrocellulose membrane. K8U022_7H7 at 0.25 ug/mL was used as the primary antibody and peroxidase conjugated goat anti-mouse IgG was used as the secondary antibody. MASP1 band was visualized using ECL Western Blotting Substrate. Result: K8U022_7H7 can detect MASP1 by Western blotting.
