Western Blot: 15 ug of Hep G2 lysate was run on 6-18% SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions and blotted onto nitrocellulose membrane. K56023_19F1 at 0.25 ug/mL was used as the primary antibody and peroxidase conjugated goat anti-mouse IgG was used as the secondary antibody. MANF band was visualized using ECL Western Blotting Substrate. Result: K56023_19F1 can detect MANF by Western blotting.
