Western Blot: 15 ug of Jurkat lysate and 15 ug of SH-SY5Y lysate were run on 6-18% SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions and blotted onto nitrocellulose membrane. K1H006_9C10 at 0.5 ug/mL was used as the primary antibody and peroxidase conjugated goat anti-mouse IgG was used as the secondary antibody. LYSMD1 band was visualized using ECL Western Blotting Substrate. Lane 1: 15 ug of Jurkat lysate Lane 2: 15 ug of SH-SY5Y lysate Result: K1H006_9C10 can detect LYSMD1 by Western blotting.
