Western Blot: 15 ug of THP-1 lysate was run on 6-18% SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions and blotted onto nitrocellulose membrane. K52066_9H8 at 0.5 ug/mL was used as the primary antibody and peroxidase conjugated goat anti-mouse IgG was used as the secondary antibody. CD70 band was visualized using ECL Western Blotting Substrate. Result: K52066_9H8 can detect CD70 by Western blotting.
