Western Blot: 25 ng of recombinant human IL36B (Cat. P09081PAD) was run on 6-18% SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions and blotted onto nitrocellulose membrane. K56037_7F1 at 1 ug/mL was used as the primary antibody and peroxidase conjugated goat anti-mouse IgG was used as the secondary antibody. IL36B band was visualized using ECL Western Blotting Substrate. Result: K56037_7F1 can detect IL36B by Western blotting.
