Western Blot: 15 ug of A-431 lysate was run on 6-18% SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions and blotted onto nitrocellulose membrane. K94061_6E11 at 0.25 ug/mL was used as the primary antibody and peroxidase conjugated goat anti-mouse IgG was used as the secondary antibody. CTSH band was visualized using ECL Western Blotting Substrate. Result: K94061_6E11 can detect CTSH by Western blotting.
