Immunohistochemistry: IHC-P analysis of kidney tissue by AMN antibody (K56052_4A11). IHC-P was performed using sections of the formalin-fixed paraffin-embedded kidney tissue.
Western Blot: 15 ug of Hep G2 lysate was run on 6-18% SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions and blotted onto nitrocellulose membrane. K56052_4A11 at 0.25 ug/mL was used as the primary antibody and peroxidase conjugated goat anti-mouse IgG was used as the secondary antibody. AMN band was visualized using ECL Western Blotting Substrate. Result: K56052_4A11 can detect AMN by Western blotting.
