Western Blot: 15 ug of HeLa lysate was run on 6-18% SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions and blotted onto nitrocellulose membrane. K29082_6D10 at 0.25 ug/mL was used as the primary antibody and peroxidase conjugated goat anti-mouse IgG was used as the secondary antibody. CASP9 band was visualized using ECL Western Blotting Substrate. Result: K29082_6D10 can detect CASP9 by Western blotting.
