Western Blot: 15 ug of brain tissue lysate and 15 ug of mouse brain tissue lysate were run on 6-18% SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions and blotted onto nitrocellulose membrane. K92020_5F1 at 0.5 ug/mL was used as the primary antibody and peroxidase conjugated goat anti-mouse IgG was used as the secondary antibody. PLCB1 band was visualized using ECL Western Blotting Substrate. Lane 1: 15 ug of brain tissue lysate Lane 2: 15 ug of mouse brain tissue lysate Result: K92020_5F1 can detect PLCB1 by Western blotting.
