Mouse anti-Human VTI1A Monoclonal Antibody (Clone K56058_15A8)

Immunohistochemistry: IHC-P analysis of small intestine tissue by VTI1A antibody (K56058_15A8). IHC-P was performed using sections of the formalin-fixed paraffin-embedded small intestine tissue.

Immunoprecipitation: Immunoprecipitation was performed by incubation of 2.5 ug of K56058_15A8 with mouse brain tissue lysate containing 200 ug of total protein. After absorption with Protein G beads, the mixture was run on 6-18% SDS-PAGE and blotted onto nitrocellulose membrane. VTI1A (K56058_15A8) at 1 ug/mL was used as the primary antibody and peroxidase conjugated goat anti-mouse IgG (Fc specific) was used as the secondary antibody. The isotype control antibody was KT82. Lane 1: Mouse brain tissue lysate Lane 2: VTI1A immunoprecipitated from mouse brain tissue lysate by K56058_15A8 Lane 3: The same as Lane 2 but KT82 was used as IgG isotype control antibody Result: K56058_15A8 can immunoprecipitate VTI1A.

Western Blot: 15 ug of mouse brain tissue lysate and 15 ug of NCI-N87 lysate were run on 6-18% SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions and blotted onto nitrocellulose membrane. K56058_15A8 at 1 ug/mL was used as the primary antibody and peroxidase conjugated goat anti-mouse IgG (Fc specific) was used as the secondary antibody. VTI1A band was visualized using ECL Western Blotting Substrate. Lane 1: 15 ug of mouse brain tissue lysate Lane 2: 15 ug of NCI-N87 lysate Result: K56058_15A8 can detect VTI1A by Western blotting.
