Immunohistochemistry: IHC-P analysis of brain tissue by PITRM1 antibody (K24063_8B10). IHC-P was performed using sections of the formalin-fixed paraffin-embedded brain tissue.
Western Blot: 15 ug of U-251MG lysate was run on 6-18% SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions and blotted onto nitrocellulose membrane. K24063_8B10 at 1 ug/mL was used as the primary antibody and peroxidase conjugated goat anti-mouse IgG was used as the secondary antibody. PITRM1 band was visualized using ECL Western Blotting Substrate. Result: K24063_8B10 can detect PITRM1 by Western blotting.
